For count problems, open Ghost Race Settings and choose Report a count issue to start with the diagnostic template. Describe whether you were using iPhone Camera or Apple Watch, what you expected to see, the target and whether Ghost Race counted too many or too few reps.

Confirm that the Watch is paired to the same iPhone, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are enabled, both devices are unlocked, and Ghost Race is installed from the Watch app on iPhone. For Xcode builds, Developer Mode must be enabled on both devices.
A repetition was missed or added
In camera mode, face the phone head-first and keep your upper body visible; keep the iPhone stationary and the room adequately lit. On Watch, wrist motion varies with hand position, depth and pauses. For a Reps race, choose Wrong count? Redo so the unreliable result is not scored. Open and Timer let you adjust the saved total by one without changing the duration. If a base set is wrong, redo it before saving the ghost.
How do Open, Timer and Reps work?
Open counts until you tap Stop. Timer counts for the configured duration and starts at one minute; stopping early saves the set as incomplete. Reps auto-finishes at the target and is the mode used to create and race ghosts. Open, Timer and custom rep targets require Pro.
The camera cannot find my body
Prop the portrait iPhone securely at floor level, face it with your head closest and keep your head, shoulders, elbows and hands inside the framing guide. Keep one person in view and avoid strong backlight. Ghost Race pauses counting when required upper-body joints are missing rather than guessing a repetition.
Camera permission was denied
Open iPhone Settings, find Ghost Race and enable Camera. Ghost Race processes frames only during camera setup and an active set. It does not record, save or upload video. You can still use Apple Watch mode without camera permission.
Pro is not available on the Watch
Open Ghost Race on the paired iPhone, use Restore Purchases in Settings, then keep both apps open briefly with Bluetooth and Wi-Fi enabled. The verified Pro entitlement from a subscription or lifetime purchase is transferred to the Watch through Apple's paired-device services.
Manage or cancel a subscription
Open iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Apple handles subscription billing, cancellation and refunds. Deleting Ghost Race does not cancel an active subscription.
Before sending diagnostics
Do not email passwords, payment information or other sensitive data. The Settings template does not attach video, raw motion, race history, device identifiers or logs automatically. If a diagnostic file is needed, support will explain exactly how to collect it.
